Sunset West Maintenance Association

History

Located in West Valley of Yakima, WA, the Association is focused on maintaining the common areas of the neighborhood.

Common areas include:

• Greenway between Valley West/73rd
  
• Greenway between 73rd/74th
• Pathway from 74th (midway) to Jr. High
• Pathway (midway) on Pierce Street to Zier
